The pan itself is made of vacuum-pressure-cast aluminum, so it heats up and cools off quickly in response to changes in burner settings, and it is guarantted to never warp. The ergonomic handles are made of stainless steel and phenolic for a safe, comfortable grip with maximum control. We recommend using wood or plastic utensils in this pan. Clean up may be done by hand or by the dishwasher.
