The new, redesigned mini VeggieChop from Chef'n is just packed full of features. It's an innovative, non-motorized way to quickly chop vegetables, herbs and nuts that combines the principles of a pull-cord salad spinner and a mini chopper. Just cut vegetables into large pieces with a knife and toss in the VeggieChop's .9-liter bowl. Put on the lid and pull the cord. When you do, you spin the two sharp, stainless-steel blades and chop your vegetables in just seconds. The more you pull, the finer the chopping. In fact, the VeggieChop is so efficient that more than 20 pulls will create a puree!

The work bowl features a non-slip base, so you don't have to sturggle to keep it in place while you're pulling. A fill arm at top of the mechanism makes it easy to see when the bowl is full and a booster arm can be fitted at the bottom to toss herbs in the path of the cutting blades as they spin. The pull handle folds flat on top of the lid for space-saving storage, and all parts except for the lid are dishwasher safe. A blade sheath is included to keep the sharp blade edges safe from prying hands.
