The soft handle and turning knob provide an exceptional grip and added comfort, while the non-slip legs keep the mill from slipping during use. The legs fold beneath the bowl for compact storage, with the added benefit of providing secure placement atop bowls or pans up to 11" in diamater. There's also a unique release button that makes it easy to change discs and disassemble the mill for cleaning. Or course it's all stainless steel to resist food stains and aromas and to make it completely dishwasher safe.
