We find the Chop & Scoop to be extremely useful. It's large enough (9" x 13") to do a fair amount of chopping on, and with the convenient handle and the scoop shape, also handy for transporting chopped food to the pan or bowl and dumping it in. It's made of poly, so it's easy on your knives and goes right into the dishwasher for clean up. Pretty nifty.
