This grater gives you two razor-sharp Microplane graters - one extra-coarse, one fine - in a compact, easy-to-store package. The grating surfaces are Microplane's usual, dozens of razor-sharp, photo-etched blades in surgical-grade stainless steel that offer Microplane's superior grating performance. With this one grater, you can grate everything from hard and soft cheese to hard fruits and vegetables to fine citrus zest. The picture you see is of the grater fully assembled. To take it apart, just twist the handle and pull it off, then nest the two curved blades together with the handle inside for tidy storage. A plastic cover protects the grating surfaces and your hands when the grater is stored. 10.5" tall, 4" wide at the bottom.
