The newest version of Microplane's Ultimate Citrus Tool has a longer zesting blade, and a longer handle with comfrot grip padding. The tool does three things: it easily and quickly creates showers of fine zest for cooking and baking, it turns out twists of peel (in 2 sizes) perfect for cocktails, and it cuts citrus rind, so fruit can be more easily peeled. As with all Microplane graters, it features a stainless-steel grating surface punctuated with an array of tiny razor-sharp blades that slice off bits of ctirus peel with little pressure or effort. It's what makes a Microplane a Microplane.
