Each International Classic knife is drop forged in a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel. There's a thick bolster and a full tang for balance. The traditionally-styled handles are attached with stainless rivets. The 7-pc block set consists of an 8" chef's knife, a 7" hollow-ground santoku, a 5" serrated utility knife, a 4" paring knife, kitchen shears, a honing steel, and a hardwood knife block.
