The silicone blades quickly and thoroughly incorporate ingredients when mixing batters, sauces, gravy, and icing, much more so that a single-blade spatula. And, the soft, flexible, heat-resistant, stain-proof blades do a superb job of scraping the sides of your mixing bowl.
