Hand pies, both sweet and savory, are becoming all the rage at food carts in Portland. Here's a tool that makes it easier to create your own portable pastries at home. Use the mold to form and cut the dough for your hand pie crust, then add your filling and close the mold's lid to crimp and seal the crust. You can even use the mold to take your baked pie with you.
