Great spatulas in a rainbow of colors that feel good in your hand and work beautifully in mixing bowls and in frypans. The silicone heads are soft and flexible, with one straight edge for turning and flipping food and one curved edge that cleanly scrapes the sides of bowls. The high-grade silicone is stain proof and heat resistant all the way to 600 degrees F. They're 12" long, with handles of solid beech. The manufacturer says they're dishwasher-safe, but we'd be conservative and wash them mostly by hand, with an occasional trip through the dishwasher.
