This beautiful machine is a high-speed centrifugal juicer that wins rave reviews from users. The Juice Fountain Elite employs a titanium-reinforced cutting disk and a 1,000-watt electronic motor to shred fruits and vegetables, then spin them at either 6,500 or 13,000 rpm, forcing the juice through an Italian-made, stainless-steel, micro mesh filter. The result is up to 30% more juice from the same volume of food, with up to 40% more vitamins and minerals, than with other comparable juicers. You'll immediately notice that the leftover pulp is drier and that you get more juice. The micro-filter contains over 40,000 filtering pores for exceptionally smooth juice with a consistent texture, whether you're juicing hard fruits or vegetables or leafy greens. Use the high speed for hard fruits and vegetables, such as apples or carrots; the low speed is best for soft fruit and for leafy vegetables.

The Juice Fountain Elite features a die-cast metal body, not silver-painted plastic like other juicers, and incorporates a heavy-duty steel safety lock lever that ensures safe operation by clamping everything in place.. And a really welcome feature is that the feed tube measures 3" in diameter, larger than other juicers, meaning less time spent cutting up fruits and vegetables to fit down the tube. Not shown in the picture above is a 1-liter juice jug with a froth separator. The black plastic pulp container that sits at the back of the juicer holds 3 liters of pulp, meaning you can do a lot of juicing before you need to empty the container.
