All-Clad Stainless cookware is back; the same outstanding, made-in-the-USA cookware you've come to know and love, with slightly revised handles. A bit flatter, with a more rounded end, the new handles are barely distinguishable from the old ones. What hasn't changed is the three-layer, stainless/aluminum/stainless sandwich that is used to construct the entire pan, bonded "clad" metals that ensures rapid and uniform head conduction to all parts of the pan. It's the only clad cookware that's made entirely in the USA, in the All-Clad factory in Pennsylvania. All-Clad Stainless cookware works beautifully on all types of stoves, including induction, and is dishwasher safe.
