Breville's Hemisphere Control blender employs a unique blade set that delivers unsurpassed blending quality and efficiency. Two large, upswept, straight-edged, stainless-steel blades surround a cluster of four smaller, nearly vertical, serrated blades. This six-blade cluster creates a hemispherically-shaped vortex that forces food up the sides of the glass blending jar. Food then falls back down into the blades again, ensuring that there are no dead zones where ingredients can hide and escape being blended. Inside the die-cast metal base, a 750-watt motor provides plenty of power, while five push-button-controlled speed settings give you the control you need, for everything from baby food to crushed ice, even snow for snow cones.
