Breville's BrewIQ system ensures that the water is heated to the optimum temperature and that the water volume is properly matched to the amount of groiund coffee. The You Brew features a 60-oz. water tank, and a bean hopper that holds up to a half-pound o beans. The insulated, double-wall stainless-steel carafe has a 60-oz. capacity and a brew-stop system that lets you pour a cup before brewing is finished. A basket-style, gold-tone filter is included; paper filters may also be used.
