Breville has created the countertop oven with a brain. The Breville Smart Oven lets you decide how to toast, bake, convection bake, or broil - or it can think for you, with nine pre-programmed settings: Toast, Bake, Roast, Broil, Bagel, Pizza, Cookies, Re-Heat, and Warm. All nine settings are pre-set, but you can adjust them to suit your tastes and the oven will remember the changes. Plus, Breville has come with what they call Element IQ, independent heating elements within the oven that are actively managed to ensure that the heat goes where it's needed, when it's needed. It all works seamlessly to product great results, from toast and home-baked bread, to pizza and roast chicken.

The sleek metal case contains a 0.8 cubic foot oven cavity, big enough for six slices of toast or a 13:-dia. pizza. The dual-wall, insulated door contains a glass viewing window, and a really cool feature is the auto-rack eject that makes removing hot pans much easier.
