The end of each skewer is rigid and pointed; the rest is flexible, woven stainless steel. So, you skewer meat, fish, seafood, poultry, vegetables, mushrooms, etc with ease, then shape the skewers to best fit on your grill or in your marinade dish or bag. Because the skewers are made entirely of stainless steel, there are no worries about rust or corrosion. Each of the four skewers is 30" long.
