Large and versatile would be two good words to describe this impressive pan. It's actually more of a set than a single pan, as both the top and bottom are fully-functional pans for the oven or the stove, Both the roaster bottom and its lid are made out of polished stainless steel, with a triple-layer sandwich bottom (or top) on both pieces, enclosing heat-conducting aluminum between two layers of stainless steel. This means you can use both pieces as cookware on the stovetop as a fish poacher or saute pan. Pretty nifty, eh? The roaster bottom has a 10-qt. capacity, measures just under 18" x 12", and is large enough to accommodate a 20-lb. turkey. The lid top holds 4-qts. The stainless handles are offset from the ends of the roaster to better fit in your oven. Finally, a well-designed rack is included. It hangs from the edges of the roaster, allowing plenty of room for roasting meats to drain and making it easy to lift the rack and the food from the pan.
