This innovative surface lets you fry, saute, sear, brown, simmer, and braise to your heart's content, with little or no oil. And of course, the non-stick surface makes clean-up a breeze; just pull out the temperature probe and the cord to wash the pan.

The Ceramica cooking surface is bonded to a 14"-dia. stainless-steel pan powered by an 1800-watt heating element that gives you total cooking control, from warm to 450 degrees F, with a simple rotary dial.
