These are pretty nifty; an easy way to core and seed peppers of almost all sizes, with just a push, a twist and a pull. Each set has one larger corer and one small corer, both with pointed tips to pierce the pepper skin, and sharp edges to cut through the pith. Push the corer in as deep as needed and give it a full twist; when you pull the corer out, the pepper core and seeds come with it. Both corers are made of sturdy, dishwasher-safe plastic, with a nice matte finish, so they're not slippery with wet hands. The sets come in three color combinations, Red/Green, Orange/Green and Yellow/Green.
