Paella Pan Lids -
Traditionally, paella is cooked in an open pan, without a lid. However, oven cooking is an alternative, and a lid is essential to keep paella from drying out from the oven heat. Also, a lid can be handy after cooking in an open pan, to help retain heat for serving. The 14"-dia.(36 cm) lid is vented, the 16"-dia. (40 cm) lid is solid. |
