Cuisinart has extended the 3-layer construction of its fantastic Multi-Clad Pro cookware to this awesome roasting pan. Just like the pots and pans, the Multi-Clad Pro 16" x 12" roaster is made entirely of three layers of clad metals, a core of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of polished (inside) and brushed (outside) stainless steel. This gives you the outstanding heat-conduction properties of aluminum and the nearly-limitless durability and beauty of stainless steel. Plus theres a rugged V-shaped roasting rack included with the pan. The handles are large for easy handling of the pan when it's full and hot, and the whole thing goes in the dishwasher for clean up. We think this pan is a winner.
