Hot smoking is an easy way to infuse flavor into fish, poultry, meat, even vegetables, without adding oil, fat or extra calories. This stainless smoker goes on your stove - gas, electric, ceramic, or induction - for easy smoking indoors. All you do is place a couple of tablespoons of smoking wood chips in the center of the smoker, place the drip tray over the chips, set the rack on top of the drip tray, and add food.
